Salary: $2530 / Week
The Surgical Technician/Tissue Processing Technician is responsible for the sterilization of surgical equipment, arrange surgicalequipment and adjust medical tools to ensure that the surgical devices are functioning properly.
Minimum Requirements:
Surgical Technologist certification as applicable per stateand/or client requirement
One year experience as a Surgical Technician preferred(Tissue Processing Technologist – only)
Degree in biology related field which includes a degree /certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Looking for Surgical Techs who have 3 years of recent experience in a level 1 trauma center. Shifts will be 8 hours. No option for only 12-hour shifts. Should have experience with ortho, general, ENT, vascular, GYN cases. Must be certified.
