Overview
Surgical Pathologist Las Vegas, NV LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (USA). Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking an AP/CP board-certified pathologist to join the well-respected collegial team of 17 pathologists covering 4 hospitals and a central laboratory in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. This dynamic pathology group includes 3 hematopathologists, 2 cytopathologists, and 3 dermatopathologists. This key position includes rotation between the Burnham lab and hospital settings. The mix of outpatient and hospital pathology cases include breast, GYN, GU, and GI, as well as cytology (body fluids, urine, GI brushings, etc). General surgical pathologists are preferred. Surgical pathologists with Hematopathology or Cytopathology sub-specialty certification will also be considered. Frozen sections and rapid onsite evaluations (ROSE) should be expected. Recently trained and experienced pathologists will be considered. Responsibilities
Pathologists with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred. Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations. Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization. Perks
