Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district near Rush City, MN for the upcoming school year.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to support students' communication skills and overall success. Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students (K–12).
Conduct or assist with evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote communication goals within the classroom environment.
Qualifications
For SLPs: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
For SLPAs: Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active Minnesota SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).
General
Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Position Details
Full-time (part-time may be considered)
On-site, school-based role
Caseload and grade levels assigned based on experience and district needs
