Responsibilities
Provide
comprehensive primary care services , including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Document patient care accurately in the
electronic medical record (EMR) .
Participate in care planning, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited
Physician Assistant program
Current NCCPA certification
Active or eligible for
South Carolina PA licensure
Experience in
primary care/internal medicine
preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
