by knocking doors, canvassing storm-affected areas, and networking like a boss. Own the sales process
from initial contact and inspection to estimate and closing the deal. Educate and consult
with homeowners and property managers on roofing needs, options, and insurance claims. Crush goals
by managing your pipeline, following up like a pro, and converting opportunities into wins. Represent the Nitro brand
with integrity, confidence, and that winning attitude. Collaborate with your team
in weekly sales huddles, training sessions, and big win celebrations. Who You Are: A
natural hunter
proactive, fearless, and driven to exceed expectations. Comfortable working
100% in the field
face-to-face with customers, rain or shine. Not afraid of hard work or rejection. You know persistence pays off. Able to climb roofs and conduct inspections as needed. Tech-savvy enough to manage leads, notes, and tasks in a CRM (we use JobNimbus). A team player with a
strong work ethic
and a no excuses mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. What You'll Get: Full-Time Role | OTE: $125,000+ Uncapped Commission : 10% base + up to 2% bonus on self-generated leads. Ramp-Up Support : $500 weekly training stipend (first 10 weeks). Performance Bonuses : Extra 0.5% for monthly sales over $210K. Company Truck, Gas Card & Credit Card
