Description
Base salary starts at $49.5K/year + monthly commissions. We are seeking a passionate individual with a detailed approach to sales and customer service. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, quality products, and long-term solutions. Essential Functions: Prospect new business opportunities and identify revenue opportunities. Provide material and application assistance, determine customer needs, and recommend products and/or fabrication services. Calculate pricing for quotes, material yields, and labor to optimize profit margin. Share information about customers and order status with the sales team. Manage the order entry and flow process to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Branch Manager, Outside Sales, and Market Managers on pricing strategies, market conditions, key accounts, and new products. Position Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or GED, plus a minimum of two years of college education or equivalent capabilities. At least three years of industrial sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Excellent customer interaction and communication skills are essential. Industrial sales experience is a plus.
