Group Sales Coordinator
Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts
The responsibilities of the Group Sales Coordinator include managing three resorts. The core values of Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts include, but are not limited to, exceptional customer service, detailed & clear communication, and proactive sales efforts to generate more revenue.
Duties & Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Professional & personal attention to detail
Effective written & oral communication skills, as well as listening skills
Background in the hotel hospitality industry, preferably in sales & events
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible work hours, including nights, weekends & holidays
Coordinating with various departments to execute events & conferences
Working face-to-face with internal & external clients
Attending networking events & meetings as needed
Managing existing groups and prospecting for new clients
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.)
Supporting the entire Group Sales Team and the resorts we work with
Goal-oriented
Open, empathetic, & passionate
Other duties may be assigned based on the company's needs. There is growth potential within the department and the company.
