The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high mention rate, as well as upselling and expanding the account through cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, follow-up, and daily customer sales activities. The Account Manager will assist customers in understanding platform and suite configurations, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and engineering processes. The Account Manager will drive awareness within the account base by ensuring clients attend live and online seminars when appropriate. Requirements
1+ years of BDR, Renewals, Customer Success, or Inside Sales experience, preferably in software, with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coachable, and performs well within a team environment. Experience in driving a sales process from prospect to close and/or owning the account relationship. Location:
Reporting to an office daily in Houston, TX, with flexibility for 1x/week remote after the initial probation period. Job #5427
