Initiates and completes the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care and maintains follow-up communication with referral sources, families, patients and program staff to maintain a quality intake. Demonstrates the ability to obtain accurate information and interpret the patients\' history of dependence/disorder. Determines callers\' appropriateness for Talbott Recovery Campus\'s services. Communicates to all involved personnel, information about patient admissions, transfers and unusual occurrences. Explains the evaluation and admission process to the potential patient/referral source. Documents all intake information into database including demographics and all appropriate assessments. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with active Addiction Certification or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working in a psychiatric/substance abuse facility preferred. EEO Statement
