Trilogy – On‑site locations in Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.
Full‑time (40 hours per week). Compensation: $60/hr ($120,000/year) paid weekly through an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
About the role Elite Literacy Coach: Transform How Children Learn to Read. You will design and scale a scalable, AI‑enhanced literacy program that uses our groundbreaking 2‑hour learning model to accelerate reading achievement in early elementary students.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead high‑impact reading workshops that develop foundational skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency through our adaptive learning platform.
Design personalized motivation systems that transform reading milestones into engaging, gamified experiences that drive student achievement.
Master data‑driven instruction by analyzing student progress metrics to continuously refine teaching approaches and surface actionable insights.
Shape educational technology by collaborating with our engineering team to evaluate and enhance AI literacy tools based on real classroom outcomes.
Create scalable literacy content that personalizes reading pathways for diverse learners across multiple campuses.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Following rigid scripts that ignore student needs or contradict what the data reveals about learning patterns.
Drowning in paperwork—no excessive lesson planning, grading stacks of worksheets, or administrative busywork.
Managing overcrowded classrooms with inadequate resources and support.
Spending your day as a behavior manager instead of focusing on your expertise in reading instruction.
Teaching in isolation without the opportunity to influence program development or contribute to product innovation.
Key Responsibilities Develop a scalable, AI‑enhanced reading program that enables early elementary students to achieve grade‑level proficiency and cultivate a lifelong love of reading.
