$55,000 base salary + $10,000 annual performance bonus (paid every 4 weeks)

Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service or high‑volume setting
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and lead a high‑performing team
Strong operational skills in managing inventory, staffing, and daily service execution
Ability to analyze P&L reports and apply cost‑control strategies
Must lead from the floor and foster a consistently positive guest experience
Preferred Background & Skills
Experience with scheduling platforms, inventory systems, or vendor coordination
A collaborative leadership style focused on team accountability and development
