Air Compressor Technician - Quincy Compressor - Dallas, TX

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow. Your role is to best serve our customers by increasing our presence within our field service area, providing safe and high-quality service with great efficiency. As a Field Service Technician, you will be close to your customers and service our products to provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager. Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers Pressure wash and effectively clean the customer’s entire equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc. Communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed and clearly present all options for any required repairs, upgrades, or other customer needs Completely fill out all work orders, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips Train and assist other Service Technicians Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal and protective equipment Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool with other Technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager To succeed, you need: A valid driver's license 3 years of experience as a technician Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair Customer-focused with ownership of meeting the customer's needs Able to supply all basic required tools In return, we offer: Individual learning opportunities, worldwide job opportunities, and technical training from our Air Academy A company vehicle, work clothes, and specialty tools High standards for workplace safety A fair compensation package Health insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits A diverse working environment that is collaborative and aims to create a workplace where you will be valued, proud, empowered, respected, developed and rewarded Location: You will be remote with a dedicated territory, and report to our Dallas, TX location.
