Budget Analyst with Clearance

In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.
Responsibilities Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing setup.
Qualifications Required:
5 or more Years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience
Familiar with DoD and USG budgeting policies
Prior experience with DoD finance systems to include military budgeting, ROM, and MIPR experience
BA/BS degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or another related field
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification or another equivalent
Prior leadership or management training
Current SECRET clearance

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $136,500. The final salary is influenced by factors including geographic location, federal contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families.
