In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, offer full service return preparation, perform tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. This is a virtual, customer-facing role. You will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation and Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range varies by location, for example: Bay Area California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 This position may be eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and additional benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
