Position Summary As a Financial Analyst, you will apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information for a portfolio of communities and investments. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Create and analyze facility valuations, capital stacks, sources and uses documents. Create and analyze income statements, and other financial and operational reports to support decision-making for operations and development teams. Review profit and loss statements monthly with key leaders. Assist with annual operating budgets, forecasts, statistical reports, and cash flow projections. Analyze financial information to determine current and future financial performance. Prepare ROI analyses for various capital projects. Ensure integrity, accuracy, and reasonableness of financial results. Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly.
