Architecture Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000 / year
Essential Duties
Engage with school district stakeholders, including educators, students, and community members, to ensure the design reflects the educational needs and community values Assist school districts in planning and promoting school bond referendums to secure funding for educational facility projects Serve as a mentor and leader that demonstrates a high degree of professionalism Create detailed designs and drawings for new school buildings or renovations that meet educational standards and support a conducive learning environment Manage all phases of the project, from initial concept through construction and regulatory compliance Engage in early stage educational adequacy studies Other duties as assigned or instructed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor Degree from an accredited architecture program, or equivalent experience Licensed to practice architecture Ability to connect and promote ISG’s solutions to clients Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal communications Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums Familiarity in Revit, Adobe Suite and Sketchup computer software packages Demonstrated ability to multi-task, participate with a variety of team members on different projects at varying levels of development
