Configuration Management Representative
to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. Responsible for ensuring projects are in compliance with the Division Configuration Management Plan. Duties
Review and sign-off of drawings, Project SOPs, Technical documents, TDPs, Class II ECPs (which include DCO Forms, NOR Forms and LCCB Forms), and SCPs and SCP LCCB Forms. Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Engineering Change Orders, and Specification Change Notices, Technical Directives (TDs) and other configuration related documents to include Technical directives. Interact within the team and externally within the division and other CM representatives to define processes and track metrics demonstrating compliance with established CM guidelines. Facilitate the review of all change control documentation via the CCB and ensure documentation is developed and approved in accordance with established configuration control procedures. Assist in the coordination of evaluation and processing of various engineering documents submitted to the CCB by Division personnel, contractors or other field activities. Assist in determining whether ECPs are Class I or II per instructions and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for impact analysis, where appropriate, to ensure that proposed changes have no adverse impact on documentation that may be common to other CIs. Coordinate the input of all CM documentation into the CM Database, including change control documentation, identification/baselines, status accounting and audits, as applicable. Reviewing of concurrence of classification for class of changes. Performing configuration identification. Change control. Status accounting audits. Loading and/or oversight of loading of the technical documentation into data repository. Defining and maintaining multiple baselines and managing the engineering data to support the baselines. Conducting internal configuration audits and coordinating Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs). Lead, manage, schedule, and participate in PCAs and FCAs to ensure the product baseline documentation is adequate and accurately reflects the identified configuration. Track ECPs and TDs thru their life cycle, establish milestones for completions and work with various teams to complete tasks: provide a biweekly report to the team highlighting areas that are at risk of not meeting milestones. Coordinate the assignment of control numbers to Class I and II ECPs, RFD/Ws, NORS and SCNs, and controls drawings, technical documentation and reports under the cognizance of the division. Develop, host and lead CM technical reviews, attend technical reviews and identify CM impacts. Reviews include, but are not limited to, System Requirements Review (SRR), System Design Review (SDR), Production Requirements Review (PRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and the Formal Qualification Review (FQR). Required Education
High school/vocational school degree or GED certificate. Required Experience
3 years of professional experience in integrated logistics support. Desired Experience/Education
3 years of professional experience in configuration management. Bachelor\'s degree (preferred). Security and Citizenship
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
