Manage lease renewals and new negotiations/closings Assist with marketing efforts Oversee apartment turnover process Prepare occupancy reports and similar Resolve resident relations issues Manage rent collection and arrears Handle confidential information with utmost discretion Salary:
$80-95k annually, based on experience Benefits:
