Job Description The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) assumes responsibility for advanced nursing practice within a clinical specialty, including clinical practice, staff and patient education, and research. The APN serves as a key member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Experience & Education Requirements
Women’s Health NP certification; Midwife certification; PAs with women’s health experience considered.
Master’s Degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant degree.
New Jersey License: APN and RN or PA.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
Certification: NCCPA.
Additional Details Scheduled Days/Hours: Per Diem – as needed; varies.
