Location: TOCA Social Dallas/Grandscape, Texas. Reports to: General Manager. Role Scope & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an energetic Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of our beverage program, create exceptional guest memories, and deliver high standards of service across the venue. Responsibilities include: Recruiting, coaching, and developing a strong team across service areas to ensure a positive culture and exceptional service. Leading the team and representing TOCA Social internally and externally while maintaining high operational standards. Overseeing inventory management for beverage service, maintaining stock levels, recording, and efficient management. Building and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure quality beverage offerings and smooth supply chain for bar and venue operations. Driving innovation in beverage offerings and evolving the menu to create unique experiences aligned with TOCA Social’s brand. Upholding the TOCA Social culture and values, ensuring team members meet service and operational standards. Maintaining high food and beverage safety standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with all departments to ensure operational efficiency and supporting the wider management team to deliver optimal guest experiences. Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beverage or Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment, including cocktail preparation. TABC Certification – Required Food Handler Certification (Texas Department of State Health Services) – Required ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification – Preferred but not essential First Aid & CPR Certification – Preferred but not essential Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments Enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic, and self-motivated with a passion for hospitality Desire to deliver genuine and memorable guest experiences Pride in your work and your team’s work Willingness to support teammates’ development for future career progression Experience managing and training a team Menu development experience Knowledge of procurement systems Infectious attitude and strong work ethic Benefits
