As a BCBA at Kids First, you will provide quality supervision to a team of dedicated and passionate Behavior Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, providing in-home ABA services to children between the ages of 3 to 21 years old. Conduct remote or in-person assessments, develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress through consistent communication and supervision with assigned Behavior Technicians. Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans and achieve optimal outcomes for the children’s success. Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians through ongoing virtual or in-person meetings, providing feedback, training and ongoing professional development. Sign off on timesheets weekly. Convert notes within 48 hours. Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans and other records as required. Proactively stay informed about the latest research, best practices according to the BACB guidelines and advancements in ABA. Engage in meetings and case conferences to enhance your skills and receive support from the clinical leadership team. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Technical Proficiencies: Program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision competence – Required 2-3 years of knowledge and experience in Case Management and telehealth services – Preferred Central Reach ABA Software experience – Preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and other professionals when necessary. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Educational Requirements

Ability to travel between homes; travel depends on the case and whether services are in person or via telehealth. Be able to exert up to 30 pounds of force, including climbing stairs or other tasks as needed. Ability to sit and work on a computer approximately 90% of the time.
