Overview
Intervention Specialist - High School. Employment type: Full-time, on-site. Starting pay at $45/hour. Eligible for a $2000 assignment bonus for completing the entire school year. We are hiring to support our client, a system of innovative charter high schools. The Intervention Specialist ensures that students identified with disabilities have the same learning opportunities as non-disabled students and collaborates with classroom teachers to ensure that IEP goals are taught and IEP provisions are followed. Responsibilities
Ensure that all students identified with a disability have the same learning opportunities as non-disabled students. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to ensure that IEP goals are taught and IEP provisions are followed. Work with general education teachers to implement individualized instruction and accommodations as needed. Monitor student progress and communicate with families and school staff as appropriate. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree Ohio licensure as an Intervention Specialist Experience with middle school or high school student populations Benefits
