Support Claims Adjusters in the intake, documentation, and processing of transportation-related incidents (e.g., bus accidents, student injuries, property damage). Collect, organize, and manage relevant documentation, including driver and police reports, student rosters, medical records, driver logs, and photographs. Receive and route calls, emails, and correspondence; professionally respond to internal and external inquiries (e.g., law firms, insurance companies, parents, medical offices). Track and document compliance with transportation safety and reporting regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic claim files in the claims management system. Prepare and send claim-related communications such as letters, reports, and summaries. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher preferred). 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in insurance, logistics, or claims support. Familiarity with legal and transportation terminology/documents is a plus. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with claims management software (a plus, but not required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation & Benefits
