Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Inspector located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting property inspections, evaluating the condition of various systems within the property, and compiling detailed reports. Daily tasks include inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying potential issues, and communicating findings to clients. The Home Inspector will also work on ensuring all inspections are in compliance with industry standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Licensed AZ BTR or currently in the process of obtaining Property Inspections and Inspection skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections Knowledge of the latest inspection technology and industry standards High school diploma or equivalent; further relevant education is a plus
