As a luxury brand evaluator, you discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback to help brands refine their services. You may visit boutiques, shop online, or evaluate returns, and your observations shape the future of luxury.
Responsibilities
Choose your assignments and align missions with your preferences and profile Visit luxury stores or evaluate online; engage with sales associates in-store or online from home Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on our platform
What You Will Be Doing
Flexibility: each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, enabling multiple assignments Frequent opportunities: perform several missions per month with prestigious brands
