Lead the recruitment and selection process for Chick-fil-A franchisees in the Dayton area. Represent Chick-fil-A’s culture and values during outreach and information sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and engage potential franchisees.
Qualifications
Mid-Senior level experience in business development, sales, or management. Strong leadership background with a track record of driving results. Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
