The
Fertilizer Operations/Delivery
position is responsible for packaging and delivery of seed, chemical, and fertilizer products for our customers. Duties include: Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License Deliver seed, fertilizer, and pesticides to customers' fields and farms Package and fill vessels of agricultural products including NH3, liquid fertilizers, and crop protection products Accurately measure, count, and store inventory at locations Basic knowledge of agricultural products and their uses Must understand and comply with all safety and governmental regulations Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of vehicles and equipment as qualified, and report issues Maintain clean facilities and comply with all state and federal regulations for a safe workplace and housekeeping Attend training and safety meetings Provide excellent customer service by managing difficult situations, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving questions, complaints, and concerns Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management Present a professional appearance Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor Position Requirements
High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent Basic computer operation skills Valid Commercial Driver’s License Additional Details
