Responsibilities

Solicit new customers

Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.

Responsible for following up on enquiries and closing the order

Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing

Work closely with sales team and provide them with updates when necessary

Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery

Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers

Inventory management

Provide operational support to the Sales team

Requirements

Diploma/ Certificate/ GCE "O" level

Two years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing/ Customer Service or Trading preferred

IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantageGood communication, organization and administration skills

Meticulous and has a passion for sales

Team player and able to work independently

Able to work half a day on one Saturday a month
