$52,500.00/yr - $71,250.00/yr Contact Government Services is seeking a Client Success Representative to support our team. The position requires knowledge of general business sense, excellent communication skills, experience with various technical communication methods, and demonstrated experience in understanding and executing program initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Success department with identifying new opportunities, recruitment for new contract acquisition, assisting with current client support tasks, and supporting the Director-level team. Tasks may involve candidate sourcing, security process facilitation, and coordinating program kickoffs and sustainment needs. The role also involves working with Business Development to identify and secure new bid work, supporting proposal phases, and possibly contributing to operational project execution as a billable resource. This role is designed to directly support the Director level of the Client Success team. Job duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Maintain the CRM by updating opportunity cards, assisting with pricing, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and submitting qualified candidates. Review and present candidates to clients. Manage a pipeline of candidates for open opportunities, ensuring they pass pre-screening, interviews, security checks, and are successfully placed. Update and enhance CGS Applicant Tracking Systems. Create and maintain core documentation and systems. Maintain knowledge of government contracting. Assist in maintaining client relationships and growth initiatives. Create growth with existing clients. Participate in deal crafting and business strategy, including pricing and contract terms. Assist in onboarding new clients from successful bids. Support Business Development with market research, technical writing, sourcing personnel, and participating in the business development lifecycle. Salary range: $52,500 - $71,250 a year Seniority level
