Technologically capable: Knowledge of AS400 or CAD systems is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential Perform routine rental transactions: creating reservations, scheduling pickups, creating quotes, and processing related paperwork Assist in constructing and de-constructing trench shoring and MAP boxes as needed Take pride in knowing your work helps save lives! Answer and document all incoming calls, assisting customers, vendors, and staff Coordinate deliveries, exchanges, and pickups, ensuring timely completion of 'Must Pick-ups' Communicate with yard and shop via two-way radio about equipment needs and assist with loading/unloading when necessary
