The Inside Sales role involves providing product knowledge on building materials such as drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, tools, safety items, drywall compounds, and accessories for the drywall industry. Duties & Responsibilities

Taking orders at the sales counter and over the phone. Building relationships with customers. Using company computer systems to enter orders. Completing sales orders and tendering cash sales. Developing product knowledge to assist customers. Collaborating with Outside Sales Reps and Managers on sales strategies. Overcoming customer objections. Highlighting product features, quoting prices, discussing credit terms, and preparing sales reports. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred. Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and comfortably interact with the public. Team player with attention to detail and organizational skills. Core Competencies
