Our client, a global leader in aesthetics technology that’s expanding rapidly in the U.S, is looking to hire a
District Sales Manager (DSM)
to lead growth across Georgia and Alabama. This role blends leadership with individual contribution, making it ideal for a capital equipment sales professional ready to step up! Role Highlights
Atlanta-based (must live in-market or relocate) Base $100K + uncapped commission OTE: $350K+ in Year 1 (top reps significantly exceed) Car allowance + Day 1 benefits + 401k with 5% match $25–30K performance bonus for $1M+ closed in Year 1 Responsibilities
Drive ~$3–3.5M annual quota (prorated first year) Sell to aesthetic practices & dermatology offices Generate own leads and partner with Territory Managers Balance new business generation with account management Close deals directly or involve team depending on situation Qualifications
Proven
capital equipment sales experience
(aesthetics strongly preferred) Background as
ASM ready for DSM
or
Senior TM with 2+ years strong performance Must have sold
tangible medical devices
