Hair Stylist position at Sharkey's Cuts For Kids in Poway, CA. This is a full-time role (4 days per week, about 32 hours).
Responsibilities
Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, and styling.
Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations and maintain high-quality standards for treatments.
Keep the salon clean and organized; stay on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working with kids; engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Current Cosmetology or barbering license in California.
Minimum two years of experience.
Must be able to work weekends.
Benefits and Compensation
$500 signing bonus
Guaranteed daily pay plus tips at a minimum of $25 per hour for the first 90 days
Tips and commissions; profit sharing may be offered
