Overview

The Psychology Department at The City College of New York (CCNY) invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Psychology to begin in Fall 2026. Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in CASAC and master’s programs. Coordinate internship placements for CASAC and master’s students. Coordinate outreach with internship/practicum supervisors; assist students with placements; maintain records of clinical hours; maintain database of sites; support troubleshooting; ensure contracts are fulfilled. Contribute to teaching and mentorship; participate in committee and department duties including administrative and supervisory functions. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree

in psychology or related field required.

Master’s degree

preferred. 3 years of teaching experience (preferred). Proven ability to mentor CASAC and counseling students. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to supporting diverse, underserved student populations. Experience coordinating internships/practicums; advising students; teaching effectiveness. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to institutional goals. Compensation

Salary Range:
