As the Assistant Grocery Manager for Bulk, Coffee, and Candy, you are assisting the Center Store (Grocery) Manager with managing department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results while curating an impeccable experience for our guests and team members. What You\'ll Do
Coordinate the ordering of products for bulk, coffee, and candy areas with the Center Store (Grocery) Manager Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely information Make recommendations and accommodate requests Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and reduce shrink/damage Properly receive/stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through The Fresh Market’s internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner Availability
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Qualifications
