This is a rare opportunity to helm the kitchen of a Forbes Five-Star–aspiring environment, where fine dining artistry, bespoke member experiences, and the bounty of California’s Central Valley converge. The Executive Chef will be entrusted to design refined, seasonal menus, elevate multiple dining outlets, and craft unforgettable culinary moments for a discerning membership. What You’ll Do

Lead all culinary operations across fine dining, lounges, private dining, and signature events. Showcase Central Valley’s farm-to-table abundance through creative, world-class menus. Inspire, recruit, and mentor an exceptional culinary team dedicated to excellence. Partner with leadership to create innovative, bespoke member experiences. Uphold uncompromising standards worthy of Forbes and Michelin recognition. What We’re Looking For

Proven success as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or prestigious private club. Expertise in fine dining, seasonal and locally driven cuisine, and high-volume operations. Strong financial and operational acumen, with a track record of driving results. A leader with vision, creativity, and the ability to inspire and develop teams. Passion for exceeding expectations and delivering extraordinary member experiences.
