In Home Support Staff

Vinfen . As an In-Home Support Staff you will work with both Vinfen and the family/guardian of the person served to provide high quality case management services. Responsibilities
Provide training to persons served as determined by family/guardian and person served on community integration initiatives including fire and safety regulations, shopping, money management, cooking, meal planning, household chores, ADLs, self-medication and other areas. Monitor the person served’s proficiency in these skills and perform hands-on tasks in the program as required, to facilitate implementation of support plans. Provide coverage for the program as agreed upon with family, including overnights, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. About Vinfen

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of related experience Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid US driver’s license for at least 6 months. Must become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment; must attend other trainings as needed Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check. Pay Range
