We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech and transformation landscape, a proven track record in sales within the DACH market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish and grow Ableneo's presence in the DACH region. Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges and positioning Ableneo's services as the optimal solution. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and service delivery, to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully executed. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. Qualifications
Experience: Proven track of sales experience in the tech or consulting industry, with a focus on the DACH region. Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Skills
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. What We Offer
