Job Description
PURPOSE:
This role is a dynamic blend of partnership marketing, sales coordination, and event activation, supporting both strategic marketing initiatives and corporate sponsorship execution. The coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering value to partners through integrated campaigns, managing promotional and contractual elements, and contributing to events that elevate the guest and fan experience. This position demands strong organization, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee, coordinate and execute partner contractual deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as the liaison for corporate sales partners, including hotels, travel agencies, and business clients.
Support lead generation, qualification, and research to fuel corporate sales pipelines.
Oversee the development of sales decks, recaps, promotional materials, and presentations.
Manage inventory of promotional items, and other partner fulfillment needs.
Assist with the creation and distribution of tourism materials such as the Official Visitors Guide and coupon books.
Coordinate advertising and marketing asset fulfillment across platforms (digital, print, signage, and hotel marketing).
Manage sales and sponsorship inventory to ensure effective use of assets and partner visibility.
Maintain marketing content across print and digital platforms.
Track fulfillment deadlines, forms, contracts, and reporting for all partner activations.
Events/On-Site Activation
Support execution of on-site activations including tourism events, group travel programs, corporate outings, and sponsorships.
Coordinate promotional giveaways, signage, and hospitality logistics.
Serve as a liaison between Events, Marketing, Tourism, Sales, Operations and Entertainment departments.
Administrative & Strategic Support
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Contribute to the ideation and implementation of new tourism programs and partnership opportunities.
Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, correspondence, and inventory tracking.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in communications, tourism, marketing, sales, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years’ experience in tourism, sales, marketing or related field, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with sales platforms a plus
Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings when needed
Proficiency using marketing and sales platforms such as Monday.com, Word, Excel, etc.
Strong writing and oral presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal communication
Creative thinking to assist with initiating new tourism programs and revenue sources
Reliable transportation to attend tourism/travel shows
