The Outside Sales Representative will cover the Greater Norfolk territory. This position focuses on driving growth in both new construction and replacement business by building and managing strong relationships with builders, general contractors, and residential customers. The role requires a hands-on approach to customer experience ownership and ensures follow-through on leads. After an initial training period, the position offers a hybrid work arrangement, enabling flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the team and territory. Who We Need
This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional with strong product knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You have 5+ years minimum experience in the windows and doors industry, and therefore strong product knowledge in this domain. You carry the ability to sell a process from design to installation. You have a hunter mentality with the ability to be out in the market 4/5 days per week. Benefits and Compensation
Negotiable base/draw compensation. Sliding commission structure based on new and replacement product sales. Total compensation potential of $100,000-$150,000+. Medical coverage with 80% paid by the employer. Dental insurance. Simple IRA retirement plan. Health Savings Account (HSA). Paid vacation. Life insurance. Mileage reimbursement at $0.67/mile, with car allowance negotiable. Community
