Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to represent Springbig as we expand our market share as the leading loyalty and communications platform for the cannabis industry. The SDR is responsible for selling Springbig’s SaaS technology services to cannabis retailers and producers within a defined geographical territory. What are we looking for in a team member? Your ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities is more important than your specific specialization. Responsibilities include: Generate leads via email, phone, and social media. Conduct research to identify needs and opportunities. Schedule qualified leads for demos with Business Development Managers. Personalize communications to high-value leads. Maintain active engagement with prospects and provide feedback to improve funnel and performance. Requirements: Tech-savvy with SaaS experience. Self-starter, motivated by reaching targets and goals. Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and business development. Strong business acumen, professional demeanor, and focus. Enthusiastic about a career in SaaS sales. Curious, resilient, and driven. Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, qualifying leads, and advancing sales. Excellent written communication and email crafting skills.
