Our sales representatives are road warriors who often operate in a 1099 outside-sales capacity and work within protected territories.
Responsibilities
Sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by driving farm-to-farm within your territory. Represent a unique product focused on safety and protection for customers and communities. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success. Qualifications
Performers with proven sales experience and the ability to sell effectively. Willingness to train and embrace new ideas; ambitious and self-motivated. Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic. Passionate about helping customers, product, and team, and trustworthy with core values alignment. Preferred connection to the agricultural community or related experience; background in construction or excavation is a plus. What we offer and expectations
