Expand our customer portfolio by attracting new clients both domestically and internationally within the American market, while also enhancing the development of the sales region Establish a comprehensive, long-term key account management strategy, setting clear objectives for our NDIR gas sensors and inertial sensors Discover new market opportunities and identify potential areas for growth Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing customers on both national and international levels Assist in the development and execution of tailored business plans for individual clients Regularly visit customers to build relationships, and participate in trade shows and industry conferences Develop sales forecasts and provide detailed reports directly to the sales leadership team Requirements
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technical Sales, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field Relevant professional experience in sales, e.g., as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Industrial Engineer, or similar roles Fluent English language skills, with German language knowledge being a plus Strong market knowledge of the American sales territory Excellent technical understanding and enthusiasm for our solutions Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise Structured working style and a team player mentality Benefits
