$51,500 (base salary) + $15,960 (Pay-for-Performance opportunity) LOCATION:

Sales Representatives are responsible for managing their sales routes, growing market share, engaging consumers, and building relationships with retail accounts. This role offers opportunities for career advancement across the US, Canada, and globally. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve objectives set by the District Sales Manager and implement company programs at retail level. Visit retail accounts to sell products, increase distribution, monitor pricing, and manage shelf space. Build business relationships and deliver professional sales presentations. Increase shelf space, introduce new brands, and ensure product freshness. Negotiate sales agreements and resolve credit issues. Gather market and customer feedback for the District Manager. Participate in product launches and promotional events. Manage retail inventory levels using sales data and market conditions. Attend sales meetings and share best practices. Act as the owner of your route to grow revenue and support company growth. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. High school diploma or GED required. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Experience in sales, merchandising, or related fields preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software. Physical ability to handle products and perform physical tasks.
