What you’ll do
Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients and agency partners to exceed performance expectations.
Partner with account executives and creative strategists to develop insight‑driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, delivering measurable ROI.
Manage complex projects that involve cross‑functional internal and external collaboration.
Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI‑driven measurement strategies, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities.
Serve as a product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products and best practices for bespoke campaign optimizations.
Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self‑service platform and auction‑based tools, providing technical support and real‑time analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem.
Experience managing media in a biddable auction advertising environment and educating others.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Team‑player who can work effectively with cross‑functional teams and all levels of management.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of proven experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive campaign performance.
3+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues while performing in‑depth data analysis that delivers both short‑ and long‑term strategies.
Experience in the digital media industry focused on performance and brand marketing, ad‑tech, programmatic real‑time bidding marketplaces, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Pre‑existing relationships with client decision‑makers and brand marketers.
Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $89,000‑$133,000 annually.
Zone B: $85,000‑$126,000 annually.
Zone C: $76,000‑$113,000 annually.
