Position Overview Business development and field sales position for a highly effective sales representative. Develop new markets, introduce new products, manage distribution channels and achieve sales objectives for Western territory. Responsible for driving results with Arlon’s major territory distributors and end‑user accounts across assigned territory.

Territory: Western USA (Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada).

Key Responsibilities DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

Develop and implement territory business plan for Arlon brand & products

Develop business through new distribution acquisition and end user share shift

Drive sales, product and service strategy with key distribution & end user accounts to grow revenue

Set distributor and account objectives/goals and identify resources and timelines to achieve objectives

Train distribution sales staff and perform joint sales with distributors

Build relationships with end user accounts to create distributor pull through

Develop and implement activities to maintain superior service levels with existing customers

Prospect for new accounts or distributors to gain market share

Recommend distributor expansion plans to support market share growth based on key distributor criteria

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Represent Arlon brand and grow sales in territory

Develop, cultivate, and manage leads for key products and new product introductions

Create and manage customer target lists

Travel extensively across territory meet with key accounts and target leads

Attend trade shows and events related to sales growth and brand development

Train end users in Products and Applications

SALES PLANNING & ADMINISTRATIVE

Assist the development of Strategy Deployment and Action Plans to achieve objectives

Work collaboratively with NA team members (Marketing, Service, Technical and Product) to drive success in the territory.

Recommend pricing strategies by market and by distributor to the Product Managers

Provide Monthly Management Report based upon Strategy Deployment

Communicate opportunities and travel plans to supervisor

Enter sales activities in HubSpot

Engage technical resources and recommend new or custom product development

Develop and submit T&E expense budgets & reports to support regional management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of industry experience and formal education (no lower than High School diploma or GED)

Five (5) + years of selling experience, including growing sales revenue and margin in a Latin American territory

Microsoft Office® proficiency

Must possess valid travel and identification documents, such as, but not limited to, driver license and passport. Ability, availability, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time via various modes of transportation.

Additional Preferred Background, Skills And Experience

CRM experience

Working knowledge of wide format printing and/or sign making process

Pay Transparency The current pay range for this position is between $100,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job‑related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
