Medicare Sales Field Agent - Camden County, NJ

Location: Camden, New Jersey Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year Employment type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Deliver : Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

Differentiation : Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits to provide a personalized experience.

Grow : Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market as a trusted community resource.

You’ll engage with customers in the FIELD through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. Face-to-face visits in prospective members’ homes are a key part of this role.

Qualifications Required

Active Health Insurance License

Must reside in the designated local territory

Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members’ homes and at community events

Proven experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events

Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher per state requirements)

Preferred

Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License

Prior experience selling Medicare products

Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)

Schedule, Training, and Interview

Meeting with members requires appointments and/or events that may vary in evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential.

Training: The first five weeks of employment are mandatory.

Interview Format: HireVue pre-screen process may be used as part of the hiring steps.

Pay Range: This role pays $80,000 – $125,000 per year and may include base pay and commission. Actual earnings vary by location and performance.
