What You Will Contribute This is a great opportunity to develop your sales skills by maintaining existing fire sprinkler service and preventative maintenance accounts, networking to identify new business opportunities, and developing new customer bases on service contracts. You will create sales plans and objectives for new work, contract negotiations, claims resolution, and future work potential. The role also serves as the team project leader during work acquisition and project execution while using sales tools to plan and document progress and increase business opportunities in accounts. The Jr. Service Sales Representative will assist the current sales team with site surveys, quoting, estimating, and preparing proposals for fire sprinkler work. The role also involves supporting project tracking, documentation, and customer follow-ups.

What You Need To Qualify Ideal candidates will have a High School or college diploma (preferred, but not required) as well as a basic understanding of piping systems and fittings. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellence in customer service, organization, and communication skills. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, be a self-starter, and work collaboratively in a team.
