The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and present suitable products Pre-qualified leads provided; generate additional opportunities through referrals and prospecting Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in-person and virtual) Deliver excellent customer service and professional presentations, including Empire-branded apparel Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations Maintain availability for evening & weekend appointments Qualifications
Valid local driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions Direct Seller Contract Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations Attend sales meetings and training sessions, in-person or virtual Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel Delivery of excellent customer service Availability for evening & weekend appointments Territory
