The Account Manager at Agency 15 develops and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring the successful development, execution, and performance tracking of agency work. This role bridges client objectives, agency strategy, creative execution, and operational delivery — driving both client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
Core Responsibilities Client Management & Strategic Leadership
Maintains and grows day-to-day relationships with client contacts and their leadership.
Anticipates client issues, proactively recommending solutions and next steps.
Identifies client business and marketing challenges, uncovering opportunities for new engagements or campaign enhancements.
Tracks client industry and competitive activity; distills insights for internal teams.
Partners with Creative, Production, Digital and Media to develop clear and actionable briefs aligned to client objectives.
Evaluates agency work against business goals, ensuring deliverables are strategically sound and on brief.
Manages communications throughout project lifecycles — from briefing through completion.
Captures, clarifies, and communicates client feedback and approvals.
Writes and distributes detailed client reports and actionable recaps after meetings.
Participates in project postmortems to evaluate outcomes and optimize future processes.
Project Management & Executional Leadership
Owns job workflow and ensures projects move efficiently from initiation through delivery.
Partners with internal teams to establish project timelines, resource needs, and critical milestones.
Tracks progress against timelines, proactively identifying risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Manages internal reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet client and agency standards.
Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Creative, Media, Digital and Production are aligned.
Supports project scope management by clarifying deliverables and managing changes systematically.
Ensures documentation, assets, and communication are organized and accessible for all stakeholders.
Drives accountability across internal teams for timelines, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Performance & Reporting
Collaborates with Digital, Media, and Analytics teams to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for client programs.
Tracks and reports on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
Works with Analytics teams to prepare and presents results dashboards and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyzes performance data to identify insights that inform future strategies.
Partners with clients to set measurable objectives and ensure agency efforts deliver against them.
Understands client retainers, project scopes, and billing cycles.
Creates and manages project estimates through final billing.
Tracks budgets, ensuring accurate reporting to both internal teams and clients.
Partners with Finance to update forecasts and manage profitability.
Secures client approval for estimates, change orders, and scope modifications.
Contributes to a collaborative, positive agency culture that values accountability, curiosity, and creative excellence.
Supports process improvements that enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
Acts as an advocate for both client success and internal team well-being.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3–5 years of agency or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven track record managing complex projects and client relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
Solid understanding of marketing and advertising best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Natural problem solver with a bias toward action and accountability.
